REGISTRATION PROCESS AND RULES

1- Apply by your abstract. Abstract evaluation process takes about 4 days after receiving your application

2- If your abstract is accepted, you will  receive an acceptance letter

​

3- After having your acceptance please make your payment via credit card

​

4- After your payment please send a copy of payment receipt to us

​

5- Virtual participation regular fee is 25 USD.

6- Inperson participation fee is 30 USD
